Warranty Policy for Watches
Finance Accessories International Warranty
The following Finance Accessories limited warranty ("FA Warranty") applies to original Finance Accessories watches purchased in their original labeled packaging and presented for warranty service in any country ("FA Watch").
1. Warranty Coverage and Duration
Under this FA Warranty, Finance Accessories guarantees its watches against defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). The FA Warranty applies only to watches purchased from the official Finance Accessories website, Finance Accessories stores, or authorized resellers. Finance Accessories will repair or replace your FA Watch or its components free of charge according to the FA Warranty terms.
This FA Warranty supplements the rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. As such, it does not replace or limit any consumer rights.
For Australian Consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Limitations of the Warranty
The FA Warranty does not cover:

Non-FA watches.

Batteries, straps, link bracelets, or glass components.

Routine maintenance or cleaning.

Damage caused by accidents, improper use, mishandling, lack of care, or tampering.

Water penetration resulting from misuse contrary to the watch’s water resistance specifications (ATM rating).

Damage due to unauthorized repairs, servicing, or alterations.
The FA Warranty is void if the serial number engraved on the watch case is missing, erased, altered, replaced, or made illegible.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you submit a claim within the Warranty Period, Finance Accessories will, at its discretion:

Repair the watch using new or equivalent-to-new parts.

Replace the watch with the same model or a comparable model (with your consent) made from new or equivalent-to-new parts.
For claims made outside the country of purchase, Finance Accessories may repair or replace the watch or its parts to meet local standards. If your claim is approved under the FA Warranty, repair or replacement will be free of charge, including return shipping and handling costs. If the claim is deemed invalid, you will be notified and given the option to proceed with repair or replacement at your own expense.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request repair or replacement under the FA Warranty, contact Finance Accessories customer support at support@financeaccessories.com, visit an authorized Finance Accessories store, or contact an authorized retailer. Ensure you include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or the original Finance Accessories warranty card provided at the time of purchase.
When sending your watch for service, package it securely to prevent damage during shipping.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except as provided under this FA Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Accessories is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty or condition. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Subject to applicable laws, the maximum liability of Finance Accessories for any breach of warranty is limited to the original retail purchase value of the watch.
